Anti Pollution Tank
Liquid waste from production equipment, such as dehydrators, compressors or pumps, pass throught the inlet check valve filling the tank which stays at atmospheric pressure while filling. A pneumatic float controller mounted in the end of the tank controls a three way switch which upon filling will allow the 1/4" three way valve mounted on top of the tank, pressure not exceeding 100 PSI, to enter tank, closing the inlet check and opening the bottom check valve, forcing fluids out of the tank into a larger oil or salt water tank. Upon emptying, supply pressure is shut off and remaining pressure on tank is vented off, allowing liquids to enter tank again.
